Position Summary:
Do you enjoy organizing systems digging into data and helping a team stay on track Join Community Living Inc. as a Quality Coordinator and help us deliver the best possible services to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
In this role youll support our programs by managing documentation systems reviewing records and helping our team meet quality standards. Youll work closely with staff to make sure were not just meeting expectationsbut exceeding them.
What youll be doing:
- Overseeing and organizing our electronic documentation system
- Running audits and quality checks
- Supporting staff with training and best practices for documentation
- Helping the team better understand and use data
- Assisting with case coordination and daytoday quality needs
- Reviewing records regularly to ensure compliance and quality
- Tracking outcomes and performance targets
What were looking for:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelors degree in a related field is a plus
- One year of experience in a nonprofit or human services setting preferred
- Strong skills in Microsoft Officeespecially Excel and Pivot Tables
- A team player with strong communication and time management skills
- Someone whos detailoriented and enjoys improving systems
Position basics:
- Fulltime 40 hours per week
- Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Pay: $23.00 per hour
- Based in St. Charles MO
