Job Description
Saratoga Medical is hiring a Program Manager in WrightPatterson Air Force Base (WPAFB) Ohio. Package includes competitive rate paid time off and benefit options.
Saratoga Medical has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager at WrightPatterson Air Force Base (WPAFB) Ohio. This is a great fulltime opportunity 36 40 hours work week schedule Monday to Friday excluding Federal holidays. Performance Work Statement (PWS) Tasks:
- Manage course enrollment and scheduling in USAFSAM systems
- Coordinate logistical support including travel lodging shuttle services and classroom readiness
- Conduct program evaluations course reviews and data audits to ensure educational quality and compliance
- Liaise with key stakeholders; support onboarding processes for staff and students
- Provide regular updates in FESO meetings and assist course directors with administrative and operational tasks
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in health sciences or a related field
- Teaching or instructor experience ideally in a formal or military setting
- Experience in operational embedment or embedded support roles
- Familiarity with military culture health science methodologies and project planning
- Ability to handle sensitive information under a NonDisclosure Agreement (NDA)
Highly Desired Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in military human performance programs
- Completion of USAFSAM Instructor Internship or Directorlevel courses
