Job Description
AEITS Inc. is looking to grow its team! We are seeking a Database Development System Engineer Level 2 to support our customer in the Annapolis Junction MD area. Will lead the design development and modification of enterprisewide systems and applications applying advanced expertise throughout the software development lifecycle.
This role includes overseeing software updates testing debugging and ensuring that systems meet business needs while providing guidance for future maintenance and improvements. Additionally the advisor will offer indepth analysis and reporting on project specifications activities and progress to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Location: Annapolis Junction Maryland
All work is onsite. This is not a hybrid or remote position.
Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with Polygraph.
Certifications:
- IAT Level 2
- CompTIA Security CE
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
Mission: As a Software Development System Engineer Level 2 on this government program you will be providing support for this important government agency.
Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph
- Fourteen 14 years of relevant experience.
- Responsible for the design and development of voice video radio frequency and/or data communications networks.
- Responsible for designing planning implementing and administering databases including security access and documentation.
- Designs develops builds analyzes evaluates installs and administers database management systems to include database modeling and design relational database architecture metadata and repository creation and configuration management.
- Designs and implements databases with respect to access methods access time batch processes device allocation validation checks organization ETL tasks protection and security documentation and statistical methods.
- May provide technical consulting in the definition design and creation of a database environment.
- Analyzes customer requirements and provides technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problem.
Mandatory Skills
- At least one 1 year of ServiceNow development experience

Desired Requirements
- Experience with ServiceNow CAM RMF GRC and/or SecOps modules
- NIST SP 80053
- Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- ServiceNow Certified Administrator
Education and Required Qualification
- Bachelors degree with a technical focus is and Fourteen 14 years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management or relevant experience.
OR
- HighSchool Diploma or GED and Nineteen 19 years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management or relevant experience.
Travel
- Less than 10 travel may occur.
