Expected joining:- Mid of March 25
Objective: - To handle future new business projects, focus on creating opportunities within the group company and for other customers. This involves identifying potential projects, leveraging internal resources, fostering collaboration, and ensuring alignment with overall business goals
Knowledge about New Warehouse Construction, Lease, Renting PAN India:
o Familiarity with major warehousing hubs across india, such as Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, and Chennal
Understanding of different types of warehouse leases (short-term, long-term, built-to-suit) and their implications
Knowledge about Govt. Policy, Regulation for Construction Project:
Awareness of key construction laws like the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA), the Environment Protection Act, and the Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act.
Understanding of permits and approvals required for construction projects.
Proficiency in manpower contract and labour law
Strong understanding of labour laws, employment regulations, and contract law.
Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
Ensuring adherence to legal standards and company policies.
General Knowledge about Logistics and Warehouse Operation and Process.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems and processes
Knowledge of key warehouse logistics functions: receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and storage.
o Capable to design new efficient logistics process for existing and new business
Strong Project Planning, , and Reporting Skills:
Having the necessary technical skills and knowledge to manage the project
Ability to create detailed project plans, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
Proficiency in using project management tools for tracking progress and reporting.
Excellent presentation skills to communicate project status and outcomes to stakeholders.
Ability to Read and Understand Engineering Drawings and BOM:
o Competence in interpreting technical drawings, including dimensions, tolerances, and material
specifications.
Familiarity with Bill of Materials (BOM) and its role in project planning and .
Good Material Knowledge:
Understanding of different construction materials, their properties, and applications.
Ability to select appropriate materials based on project requirements and environmental conditions.
Leadership Skills:
Ability to inspire and motivate team members.

Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
