MARKETING & CULTURE SPECIALIST
Location: Nixa MO
Reports to: Chief of Marketing & Culture
Position Type: FullTime (MondayFriday)
Company: Total Highspeed LLC. Internet for Local Communities
Pay: $42000 $48000 per year

Were on the hunt for a fulltime Marketing & Culture Specialist whos ready to bring fresh ideas positive energy and serious marketing chops to the table. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fastpaced collaborative environment and wants to make a real impactboth inside and outside the company.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Crafting content that connects from social media posts to internal communications
- Helping coordinate campaigns and bring creative visions to life
- Pitching in on graphic design projects (bonus points if you love Canva or Adobe!
- Supporting employee experience efforts to keep our culture vibrant and valuesdriven
- Being the goto connector who bridges teams and brings our brand story to life
This role is a unique hybrid of marketing and internal culturebuilding reporting directly to our Chief of Marketing & Culture. Youll play a key role in shaping how we show upboth to the world and to each other.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing & Brand Support (External):
- Assist in creating engaging content for various channels including blog posts email campaigns social media and website updates.
- Support the planning and performance tracking of marketing campaigns.
- Design digital and print materials using tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Manage marketing calendars and schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions team meetings and support local events and promotions.
Internal Communications & Culture (Internal):
- Plan and manage internal events and culture initiatives (celebrations wellness activities team building etc..
- Coordinate employee recognition programs and internal storytelling (spotlighting team wins anniversaries etc..
- Partner with leadership to reinforce company values and enhance employee engagement.
- Craft engaging internal communications that keep the team informed and inspired.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- 12 years of experience in marketing communications or a related field (internships welcome).
- Strong writing editing and communication skills.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
- Familiarity with platforms like Microsoft Teams Asana HubSpot Mailchimp Wix and GoTo is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Bachelors degree in marketing communications or a related field is preferred but not required.
- A selfstarter with a collaborative spirit and a desire to learn and grow.
