The Position
We are seeking a dedicated IT Systems Administrator with a passion for leveraging technology to support the operations of a dynamic law firm. The ideal candidate will work closely with our team to manage secure and optimize our IT infrastructure focusing on Microsoft 365 firewall management network administration and managed services to ensure seamless operations and data security.

Responsibilities
- Regularly assess and maintain IT infrastructure to meet the firms operational and security needs.
- Manage and administer Microsoft 365 accounts including email Teams SharePoint OneDrive and other collaboration tools.
- Monitor and maintain network performance ensuring reliable connectivity and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Configure and manage firewalls to protect sensitive client data and ensure compliance with legal industry standards.
- Oversee managed IT services coordinating with thirdparty vendors to ensure highquality service delivery.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures including encryption secure data storage and access controls to safeguard confidential legal information.
- Assist with the deployment and integration of new hardware and software solutions to support firm operations.
- Collaborate with legal administrative and management teams to streamline workflows enhance productivity and address technologyrelated needs.
- Other miscellaneous technology tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
- MIS or IT background with a focus on network administration and cybersecurity.
- Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration (e.g. Exchange Teams SharePoint OneDrive).
- Experience with firewall configuration and network management.
- Familiarity with managed IT services and vendor coordination.
- Knowledge of cloudbased solutions preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Customeroriented approach with excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
- Understanding of data privacy and compliance requirements in the legal industry.
