Your Role:
As theService Drive Manager youll oversee the daytoday operations of our Service Drive ensuring every customer is greeted with professionalism and that each vehicle is serviced efficiently accurately and with care. Youll lead a skilled team of advisors and support staff while working closely with technicians to keep things moving smoothly.
What Youll Do:
- Lead and coach service advisors ensuring exceptional customer service and communication
- Monitor drive lane operations from vehicle intake to final delivery
- Write follow and close repair orders.
- Manage repair order flow ensuring timely completion and accuracy
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
- Collaborate with Parts and Fixed Ops teams to maximize efficiency and profitability
- Track and achieve department KPIs including CSI scores upsell targets and productivity
- Ensure a clean welcoming and organized service drive experience for all customers
What Were Looking For:
- Prior experience in a dealership service management or drive manager role (CDJR experience a plus!
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Solid understanding of dealership operations service processes and customer satisfaction standards
- Familiar with DealerTrack Xtime DealerCONNECT and other CDJR platforms (preferred)
- Strong communication organizational and leadership skills
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
Candidate must be able to move about the complex in all weather conditions. Extended working hours may be required which may include working at nighttime or weekends.
