Job Description
- Build analytical tools and reports to support various business units to make positive improvements that impact sales operating expenses and profit.
- Analyze business metrics by product mix gross margin units orders cost per unit average unit price and other sales and opex drivers
- Support business departments with timely reports valueadded analysis and identify potential performance gaps recommend modifications to documents tools systems and/or processes
- Develop forecast and customer financial modeling in support of business objectives
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics to senior management
- Build a strong relationship with cross functional teams such as sales marketing and operations teams to gather relevant data and insights for analysis
- Proactively identify internal best practices which may be implemented
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance Business Economics or a related field; Masters Degree a plus
- A minimum of 2 years in an analytical role in either Accounting Finance or Business
- Solid spreadsheet skills including pivot tables lookup functions sum/count if formulas importing/exporting data etc.
- General PC and MS Office applications
- High integrity persistently curious hardworking and solution focused with a positive attitude and friendly personality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a growthoriented environment
- Handson collaborative style and a willingness to partner with the business to achieve breakthrough results
- Ability to edit check work from multiple directions that incorporate the context of the business in order to deliver consistently credible results
- Demonstrated business acumen with both a bigpicture and detail focused perspective

- Solid organizational communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to be discreet with confidential and sensitive information
- Understanding relationships between the balance sheet income and cash flow statements
