As a Clinical Living Donor Transplant Coordinator youll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care for transplant patients ensuring they receive the best outcomes possible. From coordinating clinical care to collaborating with interdisciplinary teams youll be an integral part of the transplant process guiding patients through their journey while staying on top of the latest regulatory changes.
What Youll Do:
Manage transplant patients care focusing on quality efficiency and patient outcomes
Coordinate education for patients and their families throughout the transplant process
Stay updated on UNOS and CMS regulations
Foster strong working relationships with a diverse team of healthcare professionals
Use researchdriven practice to elevate patient care in this highly specialized field
Work in highpressure situations delivering topnotch care when it matters most
Experience:
At least 3 years of RN experience; transplant nursing experience is a plus
Strong analytical organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
Ability to maintain confidentiality a commitment to the highest standards of professional conduct and a passion for helping others

Additional Job Description
Education: Bachelors degree in Nursing is required
Licenses/Certification: Current South Carolina RN license (or compact state) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Health Association (AHA) is required before working on the unit.
