The Boeing CompanyThe VC25B Program is seeking skilled VC25B Product Support Integration Specialists (MidLevel) to join our Integrated Logistics Support Planning and Management (ILSP&M) team in Tukwila Washington. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities that ensure successful integration of the products and services required to support the VC25B Program delivery schedule. This role requires a strong understanding of development programs and the interactions within integrated product teams (IPTs).
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide support to logistics management operations including planning coordinating and evaluating the 12 Integrated Product Support Elements (IPSE) for complex systems throughout all phases of the sustainment and acquisition processes.
- Manage monitor and integrate product/ program lifecycle support activities to include support system analysis spares provisioning technical data training maintenance/modifications support equipment and facilities.
- Develop processes and coordinate activities to ensure technical data and procedures are documented and current.
- Conduct presentations status reviews and monitor of support activities.
- Review program and engineering change proposals and assesses product support impact.
- Aid in programmatic tasks not limited to meeting support presentation development minutetaking action item tracking and weekly reporting.
- Communicate effectively on a range of integrated logistics and sustainment topics with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Tukwila WA.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5 years experience working with 12 integrated product support elements
- Strong understanding of aircraft systems and maintenance principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with crossfunctional teams
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office suite applications (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Engineering or technical degree with a focus on aerospace or related field
- Minimum AA degree in a related discipline and typically 10 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working with integrated product teams and understanding their interactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
