Job Description
INTERMOUNTAIN FARMERS ASSOCIATION a regional agricultural cooperative is seeking qualified and experienced individuals to fill the position of SALES FLOOR ASSOCIATE at the IFA Country Store in Provo Utah.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers as they come into the store.
- Share product knowledge and expertise with customers and ensure that they receive the highest level of customer service.
- Provide customers with solutions to assist with their needs.
- Assist customers with their purchases including some parts assembly when needed.
- Maintain a wellorganized and clean area.
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from customers in an informative timely and cheerful manner.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma GED or equivalent required. 24 years of equivalent customer service or sales experience. Familiarity with irrigation products and irrigation systems required. Exceptional customer service skills a necessity. Must be detail oriented selfmotivated and sales minded. Experience with operating a cash register with additional experience using other computer software and programs. Able to calculate discounts percentages and perform basic math functions. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written and oral form.
