About the Role
As part of a highly regarded team you will have the chance to work on a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters providing innovative legal solutions for clients. This role will give you the chance to contribute to the firms ongoing success by shaping its commercial offering and marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse caseload of corporate and commercial matters including contracts tender processes franchise agreements and ecommerce.
- Provide commercially focused legal advice to clients and help them navigate complex business matters.
- Collaborate with clients to develop creative legal solutions that add value to their businesses.
- Take the lead on business development working closely with the team to attract new clients and expand existing relationships.
- Shape the firms commercial strategy and marketing efforts to grow its reputation in the sector.
About You
- 36 years PQE in Corporate and Commercial law.
- Strong experience handling your own caseload and building client relationships.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for business development and teamwork.
- Excellent communication skills confident clear and able to influence and negotiate effectively.
