How you will create impact:

As a Software Engineer (Full Stack) at AIG youll play a critical role in designing developing and delivering scalable highquality software solutions that solve complex business challenges. You will work in a dynamic agile environment collaborating with teams and leveraging AI coding assistants to create impactful applications that improve and innovate business processes. Your ability to blend technical expertise with a deep understanding of business needs will help drive our projects forward ensuring we consistently deliver value and worldclass engineering standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with product owners and IT leads to translate highlevel business requirements into functional wellarchitected software solutions.

• Developing new or enhancing existing user interfaces using AIGs proprietary Angular framework to create seamless userfriendly experiences.

• Writing and maintaining highquality reusable code that adheres to AIGs design patterns and coding standards with a focus on scalability and maintainability.

• Creating robust unit tests to ensure code quality covering both expected and exception scenarios.

• Building and integrating business services using MuleSoft while adhering to AIGs integration standards.

• Working with Agile scrum teams to drive best practices participate in code reviews and continuously improve development processes.

What is needed to be successful:

• You are highly proficient in objectoriented programming languages such as Java or Python with a strong background in developing software solutions for complex business problems.
• You are proficient in developing solutions within a microservices architecture using Spring Boot or similar technologies ensuring scalability maintainability and flexibility of services.
• You have handson experience writing services that interact with relational and NoSQL databases ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
• You are comfortable working with cloudnative technologies such as Terraform AWS Lambda and API Gateways to build scalable cloudbased solutions.
• You have solid experience deploying solutions on major cloud providers (such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud) leveraging cloudnative technologies like Terraform Containerization and API Gateways to build scalable cloudbased architectures.
• You have a strong understanding of CI/CD best practices with handson experience implementing automated build test and deployment pipelines to ensure seamless and efficient delivery of solutions.
• You are skilled in frontend development with experience using Angular or similar frameworks to create user interfaces that provide exceptional user experiences.
• You excel at working within Agile teams driving collaboration and applying strong problemsolving skills to tackle challenges effectively.

It would be nice if:

• You have experience using MuleSoft for developing and integrating enterpriselevel services adhering to standardized design patterns.

• You are passionate about innovation and continuously seek opportunities to improve development processes through automation and best practices.

• You enjoy mentoring junior developers and contributing to a culture of knowledgesharing within your team.

• You have experience developing production quality code within modern product development processes and pipelines.
• You have a solid understanding of authentication authorization and various security protocols (e.g. OAuth2 JWT) ensuring secure application and service access across distributed systems.
