We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Business Development Lead to join our Business Banking Team inside our CO&Innovation CoE

This CoE is the engine for growth and innovation: shaping differential customer obsessed experiences that set us apart. Our way of working is combines creativity agility and strategic thinking to continuously redefine our banking experience.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Business Development Lead for Business Banking you will:

Positively lead the exploration design and building of the Business Banking segment: connecting with all areas involved: research marketing it ops wb risk data etc.

Cocreate the gotomarket strategy collaborating crossfunctionally

Ensure the operational model we build for the segment will support the strategy and its alignment with our digitalized model optimizing the customer experience

Identify partnerships to enrich the segments value proposition

• You have experience in leading diverse stakeholders (internal and external) to move things forward and have and excellent communication and presentation skills
• Youre tech savvy although you are not an IT person youre knowledgeable of how we build products platforms we use and how to ensure success when building a new service

Tus responsabilidades clave:

Como Business Development Lead para Business Banking t:

• Liderars positivamente la exploracin diseo y construccin del segmento de Business Banking: conectando con todas las reas involucradas: investigacin marketing IT operaciones WB riesgo datos etc.
• Cocrears la estrategia de gotomarket colaborando de manera transversal.
• Asegurars que el modelo operativo que construimos para el segmento apoye la estrategia y est alineado con nuestro modelo digitalizado optimizando la experiencia del cliente.
• Identificars asociaciones para enriquecer la propuesta de valor del segmento.
