Your role
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Briink you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and building strategic client relationships. Your main responsibility will be to guide prospects through the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals. This is a highimpact role where you will be instrumental in scaling our business and expanding our footprint in the ESG space. If you thrive in complex consultative sales environments and are passionate about the intersection of sustainability AI and technology this role is for you.
You would mainly be building your pipeline in the DACH region as such we are looking for a native German speaker.

Who you are
- Enterprise Sales Expertise: Proven track record of engaging and closing deals with large enterprise clients particularly in complex consultative sales environments.
- ClientCentric Approach:Building and maintaining relationships with highprofile clients is second nature to you. You thrive in clientfacing roles and are skilled at understanding and addressing client needs.
- Sustainability Passion:You have experience or a strong interest in sustainability ESG management or related fields. While you may not be an ESG expert you are eager to learn and engage with these topics.
- TechSavvy:You have an affinity for technology with a particular interest in AI and its applications in ESG. You are excited to work in an environment where AI is at the core of our solutions.
- Collaborative Mindset: You enjoy working crossfunctionally and are excited about the opportunity to collaborate with various teams including product marketing and leadership.
- Language: Due to the market statusquo in the DACH region you must be a native German speaker.
Nicetohaves
- Experience selling SaaS solutions to large enterprises such as corporates funds or industry bodies.
- Experience working in startups or technologydriven environments ideally in the ESG/carbon software space.
- Additional proficiency in another European language.
- Specific expertise in ESGrelated areas such as supply chain management ESG reporting compliance or impact measurement.
- Experience in market research product discovery or user interviews.
