The role:
The Overnight Supervisor is a maintenance team member playing a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our food warehouse and fulfillment center. This position is responsible for overnight supervision of our coolers being a critical decision maker and communicator throughout the night escalating and solving issues as they arise.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision:
- Ensuring that vendors like the overnight janitorial company have an onsite person of contact.
- Checking / Verifying that the kitchen and facilities are cleaned properly after hours.
- Continuously verifying and reporting refrigeration temperatures throughout the night.
Routine Inspections:
- Perform routine inspections and calibrations of commercial kitchen equipment warehouse systems and facilities.
- Document all maintenance activities ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Assist in implementing preventive maintenance schedules to reduce unexpected breakdowns.
Safety & Compliance:
- Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment.
- Proactively identify and address potential hazards or equipment failures.
Miscellaneous Duties:
- Perform miscellaneous tasks and duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in maintenance repair or facility operations preferably in a food production warehouse or fulfillment environment.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to stand walk bend and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in varied environments (e.g. cold storage elevated surfaces).

Compensation
All final pay rates will be determined by candidates experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with market data.Pay Range for this position
$20.50 $22.50 USD
