As a Senior Human Resource Generalist at Butterfield Trail Village you will play a vital role in aligning our HR practices with legal requirements and organizational objectives. Collaborating closely with leadership and staff across all departments you will manage benefit administration policy compliance performance management employee relations and recruiting efforts. Your expertise will be instrumental in hiring training and developing employees ensuring that leaders and staff receive the guidance and support necessary to meet performance standards and organizational goals. This position demands strong leadership skills a strategic mindset and a passion for delivering impactful HR solutions. To thrive as a Senior Human Resource Generalist at Butterfield Trail Village candidates must possess a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience with a Masters Degree preferred. A minimum of 58 years of proven HR experience including at least 5 years in a Generalist role is essential. Certifications such as Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRMCP) are highly regarded.
Successful candidates will have demonstrated expertise in broad HR functions including recruitment employee relations and performance management with measurable outcomes. Strong mentoring coaching and leadership skills are crucial complemented by excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in HR tools and software such as Paycor is required alongside an analytical mindset for data evaluation and decisionmaking.
Uptodate knowledge of employment laws exceptional attention to detail organizational skills and effective conflict resolution capabilities are all necessary attributes for success in this role as well as the ability to adapt to changing priorities within our healthcare environment.
