You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Senior QA Analyst Solution Delivery for D2C role involves delivering various initiatives to fuel the Digital Ecom and Omnichannel Experience strategy of one of our clients to launch memorable experiences and achieve transformation and market growth objectives. The transformation effort includes collaborating crossfunctionally to build the directtoconsumer retail practice define entry paths into new markets and channels bring meaningful customer journeys to life document business and transformation requirements design solutions and plan the of retail transformation initiatives. This role requires strategic and analytical thinking to link assignments to the bigger picture and involves defining the test strategy test plan and test scripts required to validate solution requirements across multiple directtoconsumer platforms including Commerce Platform Order Management PIMDAM Payment SAP ERP and more. Strong knowledge of Ecommerce and Fulfillment solutions and/or implementation is crucial in this role.
Responsibilities
Testing digital solutions (commerce ERP finance customer etc) to guarantee they are defectfree and fulfill the quality standards of an organization
Develop test plans to ensure that all delivery objectives are met (solution requirements business objectives nonfunctional requirements compliance ex: SOX)
Implementing and monitoring test scripts to assess functionality reliability performance and quality of the service or product
Play a critical role in all releases by conducting regression and sanity testing.
Identifies logs and recreates error codes bugs and defects.
Report Assess and escalate issues based on severity.
Qualifications
Bachelor s Degree in businesscommerce computer science or in a pertinent field
A minimum of 3year experience in the retail digital or eCommerce Omnichannel projects.
Proven success with both automated and manual testing tools and technologies with 58 years experience in Manual testing.
Test experiences include planning assessments script development and maintenance.
Experience in Quality Assurance principles best practices as well as developing test strategies manual test plans and test cases.
Strong knowledge of Database and SQL queries for data validation.
Experience in Manual testing Web based applications backend and API.
Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
