Were on the lookout for a talented System Administratorsomeone whos not only a tech whiz but also thrives on solving complex problems and making clients feel secure and supported.
What Youll Do
- Provide remote and onsite IT support and deployments across Georgia
- Aid other technicians through a ticket escalation process
- Manage Windows systems; support desktops laptops tablets servers
- Administer Windows Servers (Active Directory DNS DHCP GPO VSS etc.
- Monitor and respond to RMM alerts to proactively maintain systems
- Design and maintain network systems (firewalls routers switches VLANs)
- Configure and support SonicWall Ubiquiti and other network devices.
- Develop processes and structure for new tools or systems
- Install and support structured ethernet/fiber cabling
- Handle secure backups restores and disaster recovery through Veeam Backup and Replication
- Maintain detailed documentation of client environments
- Support Office 365 Intune Entra ID SharePoint and Teams
- Work with compliance requirements (HIPAA PCI)
- Maintain positive and supportive relationships with clients as you work with them both onsite and remotely
What You Bring
- 2 years of server/network support experience
- Solid grasp of networking fundamentals OS environments firewalls and cloud tools
- Certifications like A Network Security (Bonus: Microsoft or SonicWall certs)
- Excellent communication analytical and documentation skills
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs climb ladders and stand for extended periods
