Description

Day in the life of the Customer Support Representative:

As someone who books items into Oracle a typical day in this position involves managing inventory data and collaborating with various team members across departments and countries. With a flexible work schedule you will have the opportunity to interact with professionals from diverse backgrounds enhancing your global perspective. Success in this role is measured by key performance indicators (KPIs) such as accurate data entry timely processing of transactions and effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming customer calls making outbound calls replying on the customer emails.
  • Preparing the preRMAs in the system (Oracle) so that when the physical instrument comes it is ready to be bookedin.
  • Assist in booking items into Oracle ensuring accurate data entry and timely processing of inventory transactions
  • Manage and organize incoming mail and emails distributing correspondence to appropriate recipients in a timely manner
  • Provide support for service desk activities including addressing inquiries troubleshooting issues and escalating requests as needed
  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and information sharing related to inventory management mail and service desk tasks
  • Maintain a high level of organization and efficiency in managing responsibilities prioritizing tasks as necessary
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory management mailbox management and service desk support ensuring targets are met

Experience:

  • 1 Years experience of working in an admin environment
  • Good understand and use of Excel Word and Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skills verbal and written.
  • Oracle experience is desirable but not essential
