Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure health and safety of individuals
- Provide emergency support when necessary
- Participate as a team member
- Assist individuals with supporting their goals
- Assist with daily living skills such as personal hygiene care shopping laundry and meal preparation
- Transportation to doctor appointments other programs employment etc.
- Documentation on online system required
- Ability to read and implement and Individual Support Plan (ISP)
Job Requirements:
- Drivers License Social Security Card and High School / GED diploma for preemployment review
- Operational Vehicle
- Vehicle Registration
- Vehicle Insurance
- PreEmployment Criminal Background Physical Examination TB Test DrugScreen
