Funding Innovation has an employment opportunity for two individuals to join our team as fundraising consultants. In this role you will manage and grow our wellestablished Art Easel fundraising program in Eastern be a successful candidate you will live in the Greater Ottawa area own a van or SUV be a selfstarter persuasive ambitious well organised and capable of efficiently managing your priorities and time.
As a Fundraising Consultant you will be responsible for providing the following services:
1. Maintaining a good working relationship with the retail easel hosting locations.
2. Replacing the prints featured on the easels within your territory every two 2 weeks.
3. Collecting the bids from each easel location during product turns and submitting the bids to the Funding Innovation call centre for processing.
4. Monitoring and managing inventory levels for your territory within the Ottawa warehouse space.
5. Working with charities and Funding Innovation Head Office to secure new hightraffic retail easel locations.
6. You will also have the opportunity to deliver prints to successful bidders within your territory.
As an Independent Contractor you will be able to work independently while effectively managing your hours of work and easel turn schedule. You will be your own boss!
As compensation you will invoice Funding Innovationan established set fee for each print sold within your territory on a monthly basis. You can also deliver some or all of the prints purchased by successful bidders within your territory for an additional fee.
Managing your territory for product turns warehouse space and potentially print deliveries will require approximately 10 days per month.
This position can earn $4000 to $5000 monthly in print commissions and delivery fees.
By working with the Funding Innovation charity partners in Eastern Ontario you will have the ability to increase the number of easelhosting establishments and income.
You are responsible for all expenses/costs related toyourbusiness including vehicle expenses computer cell phone office equipment and other related supplies. Note: All program and art easel programrelated supplies are provided by Funding Innovation.
A valid drivers license and car insurance is required at all times. You are also responsible for collecting and remitting all applicable taxes related to the service fees you charge and are compensated for by Funding Innovation.
