Heidelberg Materials is one of the worlds largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9000 employees. Job opportunity is with Pipe division in Calgary AB.
What Youll Be Doing
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
What Are We Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Construction industry and knowledge of estimating or project management preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Problemsolving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
