Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and talented Junior SAP ABAP Developer with foundational experience in S/4HANA SRM Enhancements Workflow and Interface Development. The successful candidate will support the design development and implementation of SAP solutions to meet business requirements. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow and develop your skills in SAP ABAP programming and S/4HANA technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- ABAP Development:
- Assist in the design development and maintenance of custom ABAP programs reports interfaces enhancements forms and workflows.
- Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices and coding standards.
- Support the optimization and troubleshooting of existing ABAP code to improve performance and resolve issues.
- S/4HANA Support:
- Gain experience in leveraging S/4HANA capabilities to design and implement innovative solutions.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of Fiori applications and OData services.
- Learn and utilize CDS views AMDP and other S/4HANAspecific technologies.
- SRM Enhancements:
- Support the customization and enhancement of SAP SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) functionalities.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of SRM workflows and interfaces.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Workflow Development:
- Assist in the design and implementation of SAP workflows to automate business processes.
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of existing workflows to ensure smooth operation.
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and provide timely resolutions under supervision.
- Interface Development:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of interfaces between SAP and nonSAP systems using IDocs BAPIs RFCs and Web Services.
- Ensure data integrity and seamless data exchange across systems.
- Collaborate with integration teams to design and implement robust integration solutions.
- Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with senior developers functional consultants business analysts and endusers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Provide technical support and assistance to team members.
- Participate in project planning estimation and status reporting.
Qualifications:
- 13 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
- Basic understanding of S/4HANA including Fiori CDS views and AMDP.
- Familiarity with SAP SRM and related enhancements.
- Basic knowledge of SAP Workflow development and maintenance.
- Understanding of developing interfaces using IDocs BAPIs RFCs and Web Services.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work under supervision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- US Citizen
- Local to the DMV area
