The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is the largestmental health and addiction teaching hospital in Canada as well as one of the worlds leading research centers in its services are delivered to help transform the lives of people affected by mental health and substance use challenges. Our goal is to tailor treatment to each individual providing patientcentered comprehensive coordinated care.

Reporting to the Research Manager and Principal Investigator CAMH is currently seeking a fulltime contract 12 months) Research Analyst tosupport a 5year research study in youth and adolescents with mental health multimorbidity. This project aims to provide a deeper understanding of the trajectories of youth seeking mental health care as they navigate key transition points in their development. This goal will be achieved by including sampling from a diverse range of clinical services standardized data collection and deep phenotyping of select clinical cohorts of youth (aged 1125 years) and will support modular clinical trials.

The Research Analyst will be primarily responsible for scheduling human participant interviews recruiting and screening research participants leading the informed consent process and administering structured diagnostic interviews clinical scales and cognitive testing. The Research Analyst will also assist with scheduling other procedural visits and will accompany participants to these visits. The Research Analyst will be responsible for preparing and maintaining participant study records and documentation data entry and database maintenance preparing data for presentations and peerreviewed research papers and other administrative duties as required. You will support a healthy workplace that embraces diversity encourages teamwork and complies with all applicable CAMH policies as well as all regulatory and legislative requirements. This position requires evening and weekend shifts and is primarily located at the 1001 Queen Street site with travel between sites as required.

The successful candidate must have a Bachelors degree in Psychology or neuroscience combined withone 1 year of relevant clinical or research experience with youth young adults and/or families with mental health challenges. Previous experience in administration of neuropsychological assessments (e.g. Wechsler NIH Toolbox) structured diagnostic interviewing (e.g. KSADS5 SCID5 and clinical rating scales (e.g. RCADS25 is required. Previous experience in screening recruiting and leading the informed consent process with research participants is required. Previous experience with neuroimaging (e.g. MRI) and handling specimens (e.g. blood urine) is an asset. Previous experience with mobile sensing data collection methods is an asset. Candidates will also have demonstrated ability to maintain large databases and use electronic data capture methods (e.g. REDCap) and will have literature review and synthesis skills. Proficiency with word processing PowerPoint and database software packages is required. The ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and diverse stakeholders is essential. Demonstrated communications skills (both oral and written) are required as is the ability to explain complex issues in plain language. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail the ability to exercise initiative and good judgment and be able to meet deadlines while working independently with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will also have the ability to multitask and produce highquality work in a fastpaced environment. Candidates require the ability to work effectively in a variety of settings with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Bilingualism (French/English) and/or proficiency in a second language would be an asset.
