The renovated beauty is searching for a Manager of Hudson and Nash to help lead the team! The property boasts 1190 guest rooms 170000 square feet of event space and 6 food and beverage outlets. The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- at least 12 years of restaurant management experience
- strong on the floor presence
- union experience a plus
- the ability to work a flexible schedule as this is a 3 meal a day restaurant
Salary Range for this role is $68000$78000

What will I be doing
The Food and Beverage Manager directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service. Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation. Implements effective controls of food beverage and labor costs. Ensures compliance with health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness standards. Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service. Interviews trains supervises counsels schedules and evaluates staff.
