Summer Camp Counselor Teen Camp
St. Andrews Family Fitness Plus a subdivision of St. Andrews Parks and Playground is searching for a couple of Camp Counselors for our new Teen Camp. The ideal teammate is passionate about empowering others and is excited to be part of a team that has enriched lives through parks recreation and wellness for over 75 years!
As a Teen Camp Counselor youll play a vital role in creating a safe supportive and enjoyable environment for teenagers attending our summer camp. Youll be responsible for overseeing a group of campers ages 13 to 17 and facilitating a range of activities that promote personal growth teamwork and fun experiences.
As a Teen Camp counselor you will have a chance to make a positive impact on the lives of teenagers and create lasting memories for the campers and for yourself. You will also gain handson experience in youth development leadership and outdoor education.
Join us as a Teen Camp Counselor and be part of an exciting summer filled with adventure friendship and personal growth! This program will run from June 2 to August 8 2025 Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Position Title: Camp Counselor Teen Camp
Division/Department: Family Fitness Plus / New Programs
Reports To: General Manager
Salary/Pay Rate: $14.00 $16.00 per hour depending on experience
Benefits: Full family membership to the fitness center; Medical Care Membership available with low $68 monthly premiums; Seasonal Camp Shirts provided.
