Job Description
AUTOMOTIVE SALES ASSISTANT
Lexus of Cool Springs is seeking a proactive teamoriented Sales Assistant. The candidate will be responsible for supporting our Sales team in maintaining and growing business.
PAY RATE $1617/HOUR
PAID WEEKLY

Responsibilities:
- Check inventory needing car wash and fuel
- Assist with social media platforms and tasks
- Answer phone calls and emails daily
- Proactively seek out information and master operations of all features and controls on Lexus vehicles
- Improve technology information on Lexus of Cool Springs website including quick guides and explanation of features
- Assist Sales team with moving cars as needed or on a set weekly schedule
- Assist managers with overflow duties
- Assist sales team daily with delivery process (car wash fuel)
- Complete and stay up to date on all Lexus training
- Adhere to all company policies procedure and safety standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
