About Us:

We are a physicianled newly established hospice company with a small but growing patient census. Our mission is to deliver compassionate patientcentered endoflife care while setting new standards in quality compliance and service excellence. As we grow we are seeking a dedicated Hospice Administrator who is ready to play a pivotal leadership role in shaping and scaling our organization.

Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Hospice Administrator to lead our operations. This is a unique opportunity to take the lead in shaping and expanding a hospice organization in its early stages. Youll be instrumental in structuring the team guiding strategic growth ensuring compliance and driving marketing and outreach efforts. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with deep operational knowledge of hospice care and a passion for developing innovative effective systems of care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and oversight for all hospice operations

Develop and implement policies procedures and workflows tailored to the companys needs

Build and manage a strong interdisciplinary team of clinical and administrative professionals

Ensure compliance with federal state and accrediting body regulations

Lead marketing referral development and community outreach efforts

Oversee quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives

Collaborate with administration on strategic planning and growth goals

Qualifications:

Proven experience in hospice administration or operations management

Indepth knowledge of CMS regulations hospice COPs and compliance standards

Strong leadership teambuilding and communication skills

Ability to develop and execute strategic growth and marketing plans

  • RN LCSW or other clinical license preferred but not required
  • Must meet state and federal requirements for hospice administrator roles

Compensation:

Competitive salary based on experience. Additional performancebased incentives may be discussed.
