Allocation Analyst Department: Logistics Finance Reports to: Sr. Logistics Operations Manager Summary: Inventory/Allocation Analyst coordinates Supply Chain needs across the organization as well as to our 3PL Partners. This position will work closely with Senior leadership on inventory levels order allocations financial competencies warehouse performance and reporting; as well as collecting and analyzing data to improve operations and order management. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Conduct daily order fulfillment allocations to release orders to multiple warehouses for processing.
- Review daily open order report from 3PL to ensure the following requirements are met; EDI documents are transmitted successfully orders routed and shipping within contractual agreements.
- Assist with requests for rate quotes and manage cost effective outbound transportation.
- Assist CSRs and Sales with questions related to 3PL/Carrier performance and order status.
- Collaborate with CSRs and warehouses to achieve ontime shipping for all customers while ensuring compliance with customers guidelines.
- Process fulfillment for event orders rush requests and expedited shipments.
- Process item fulfillment cancellations per customer request or inventory level discrepancies.
- Analyze committed order reports to evaluate inventory levels to meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve consistency and documentation of internal reporting and processes.
- Continuously improve and design processes related to order flow and data visibility.
- Support inventory audits with reporting and historical data.
- Daily verification of inventory levels and accuracy at multiple warehouse locations.
- Analyze allocate request and monitor inventory transfers between warehouses.
- Collaborate with Merchandizing regularly to review data for inbound and outbound forecasting as well as overstock goods and aging inventory.
- Attend and participate in monthly meetings with other departments to review order volume inventory levels warehouse performance customer updates and upcoming events.
- Work closely with Supply Chain Compliance Analyst to streamline Logistics Operational success.
- Work closely with warehouses to improve processes data visibility and communications.
- Weekly inventory reconciliation post cycle count variances at multiple warehouse locations.
- Perform inventory adjustments for OS&D discrepancies at inbound processing.
- Conduct regular inventory level assessment to optimize stock levels.
- Analyze inventory data and collaborate with all involved parties to streamline inventory optimization.
- Create and maintain comprehensive and complex business reporting for executives monthly for YOY MOM data.
- Create and maintain monthly/quarterly shipping performance reports for multiple warehouse locations to be provided to executives and all involved parties.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration to implement new strategies.

REQUIREMENTS: - Degree in Finance Data Analytics/Data Science or Supply Chain/Logistics preferred. Experience or training in respective fields required.
- 3 years in Logistics Operations Production Control and Inventory Management.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel or other analytics tools.
