Job Description

Our client is leading a global digital transformation journey with Human Resources playing a key role in shaping and supporting this evolution. As part of this transformation we are looking for an Access and Permissions Manager to take ownership of role-based access control (RBP) and overall security governance within the SAP SuccessFactors environment.

Our client is recruiting for the position of HRIS Core HR Analyst (M/F).


Responsibilities:

  • Defining and executing the evolution roadmap for Core HR in live countries;
  • Acting as lead for Core HR live countries in the design authority board;
  • Coordinating L3 incident resolution in collaboration with support teams;
  • Managing the Core HR data model and related processes (hire move promote terminate etc.);
  • Organizing and executing testing strategies for Core HR activities;
  • Producing KPIs and maintaining dashboards for Core HR;
  • Creating validating and maintaining training and communication materials to ensure user adoption;
  • Leading design and process decisions for Core HR release management;
  • Supporting design and implementation of related HRIS tools when needed;
  • Collaborating on Core HR deployment in new countries.
  • Requirements:

    • 2 to 5 years of experience in Core HR or global HRIS projects;
    • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Human Resources Compensation & Benefits Finance Business Administration or related fields.
    • Practical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors;
    • Experience in HRIS implementation projects (build and/or run) preferably in a global setting whether in consulting firms or internal teams;
    • Strong business analysis and project management skills;
    • Ability to work effectively in a global dynamic environment;
    • Translate business needs into technical solutions;
    • Fluent in English;
    • Deep knowledge of HR applications and processes;
    • Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional influence skills.
