Job Summary
We are looking for a part time administrator to join our growing team! The right candidate will be organized have excellent interpersonal skills. Daytoday tasks will include overseeing daily operations of the company administrative duties and developing and implementing policies and procedures and fielding phone seamless coordination between caregivers family members
Schedule
Monday Thursday 8a4p
Responsibilities
Assure that required office and administrative functions are met on an ongoing basis
Plan organize and direct the daily operations of the agency including professional and nonprofessional services
Ensure the hiring process is structured to assure appropriately trained staff
Develop and implement policies procedures services and quality assurance
Develop and maintain records and reporting systems which provide for proper service control and measurement of program outcomes
Encourage and promote positive and professional communication between staff and agency administration
Ensure the accuracy of public information materials and activities
Ensure the client complaint process is followed and intervene/escalate where appropriate
Provide oncall services after hours and weekends as needed or directed
Assure the availability of Administrative staff at all hours of agency operations
Qualifications
2 years administrative experience
Effective leader with good employee relations and customer service skills
Good interpersonal and analytical skills
Full-Time
