Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager Consultant to take charge of a complex project and drive its success through effective program management practices. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders including vendors and agency teams to ensure successful execution of IT implementations particularly in ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quickly assess project status and identify critical issues risks and solutions.
- Implement rigorous program management practices for planning execution monitoring and reporting.
- Serve as the primary interface between technical teams ensuring requirements are met.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including executive sponsors and ERP specialists.
- Manage risk issue resolution scope control and milestone accountability.
Required Skills:
- 5 years of experience as a Program Manager for large-scale IT implementations.
- Strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies.
- Experience working with system integrators and managing complex stakeholder environments.
- Background in ERP platforms (e.g. Oracle SAP Workday).
- Familiarity with financial system migrations and modernization efforts.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in state or local government projects.
Required Education/Certifications:
- PMP Certification
