Job Description
Join the WPM Real Estate Management Team as a Leasing Specialist!
Location: The Fitzgerald at UB Midtown
Are you enthusiastic about customer service sales and creating memorable living experiences At WPM our Leasing Specialists do more than lease apartments they help turn them into homes by connecting with prospective residents and ensuring a warm welcoming experience from the very first interaction.
As a Leasing Specialist youll serve as the face of the community. Youll guide prospects through the leasing process support marketing efforts plan resident events and thoughtfully respond to resident needsall while maintaining a strong focus on service and satisfaction.
What We Offer
Schedule: MondayFriday 9:00 AM5:00 PM Saturday 10:00 AM4:00 PM
(One weekday off each week)Starting Pay: $20.50/hour commission & performancebased bonuses

Key Responsibilities
Greet residents and prospective renters creating a welcoming experience
Conduct tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities
Guide prospects through the leasing application and movein process
Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries and concerns
Assist with marketing efforts including posting ads and engaging with prospects online
Coordinate and support resident appreciation events
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service delivery

Strong sales skills and the ability to overcome objections
Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
