Mental Health Therapist
Salary Range: (Licensed) $75000 $85000 Per Year DOE
(Licensure Candidate) $65000 $70000 Per Year DOE
Fulltime Onsite position Flexible Schedule
At Chrysalis you can have a career in creating JOY and HEALing Generations!Our program serves adolescent girls ages 1318 who may struggle with depression anxiety and/or suicidal ideations. Students live in a family style residence where community and interpersonal relationships are encouraged. As a primaryMental Health Therapist you would be responsible for determining the best mitigating methods for the restoration of health.
Responsibilities
- Create Master Treatment Plan for each student on caseload.
- Collaborate with clinical team and other team members on interventions and treatment.
- Teach clinical skills to students.
- Help students process and create meaning from their experience.
- Respond to student issues and behaviors that occur utilizing clinical experience and knowledge to support students and model meaningful interventions.
- File treatment logs for every session.
- Rotating on call schedule
- Develop caring relationships with students while maintaining healthy personal boundaries.
- Uphold campus expectations rules and limits for students.
- Follow program policies and state and federal laws.
- Collaborate and coordinate between departments and staff teams.
- Support Chrysalis mission statement.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must have a current State of Montana Drivers License.
- Ability to obtain licensure in the State of Montana.
- Preferred One year experience with adolescents and families.
- A desire to perform and develop counseling/therapeutic expertise in individual family group and experiential therapies.
- A desire to facilitate client growth through a team approach working with other care providers.
- Candidates must be prepared to establish a CAQH profile and obtain a National Provider Identifier (NPI) as part of the onboarding process.
