## Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Personal Lines Agent to join our team. As a Personal Lines Agent you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients by offering personalized insurance solutions that cater to their individual needs.
## Responsibilities
Communicate with clients to understand their insurance requirements and provide tailored advice on personal lines insurance products
Act as a trusted advisor to clients guiding them through the insurance process and ensuring they have a clear understanding of their coverage options
Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate favorable terms and ensure competitive pricing for clients
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations to provide accurate and uptodate information to clients
Process insurance policy applications and handle policy endorsements and renewals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients offering ongoing support and assistance as their needs evolve
## Qualifications
Proven experience as a Personal Lines Agent with a focus on standard personal lines insurance products
Strong understanding of insurance products coverages and underwriting guidelines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients and build lasting relationships
Detailoriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
Proficient in using QQ Catalyst
Active 220 license in the state of Florida
