Job Description
Description of the role:
As a Service Technician at Frank Kent Motor Company in Fort Worth Texas you will be responsible for performing a variety of automotive services and repairs on Cadillac and various General Motors vehicles. Working in a fastpaced and dynamic environment you will diagnose and address any mechanical issues conduct routine maintenance and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Performing diagnostic tests and repairs on GM vehicles
- Conducting routine maintenance services such as oil changes tire rotations and brake inspections
- Communicating with customers to explain vehicle issues and provide recommendations for necessary repairs
- Utilizing computer diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve complex automotive problems
- Working closely with team members to efficiently and effectively complete service tasks
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Adhering to all safety guidelines and company policies
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a service technician specializing in General Motors vehicles
- ASE & Cadillac experience a plus
- World Class Tech a plus
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems components and diagnostic tools
- Proficiency in performing routine maintenance services
- Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide quality service
- Detailoriented and able to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
- Valid drivers license
