Seasonal Basketball Program
Job Type: Seasonal Youth Basketball Program Coaches/Staff
Salary: $11/Hour
Department: Recreation Department/Pineland Park
Location: 4975 DeMoss Road

Position Overview: Join our dynamic team for the summer youth basketball league! We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated coaches referees and mentors who are passionate about youth sports. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact in our community while developing leadership and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support skillbuilding activities drills and game sessions.
Assist with team assignments and ensure fair play.
Organize and oversee playoff games.
Monitor player safety and enforce all program guidelines.
Maintain sports equipment and ensure courts are clean and gameready.
Act as a role model by promoting a respectful inclusive and enthusiastic environment.
Instill the values of teamwork sportsmanship and leadership in all participants.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 16 years old.
Experience working with schoolaged children preferred.
General knowledge of basketball and youth sports.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
