Haskells Design & Consulting Team unites architecture engineering and consulting professionals from across industries and geographies. The Design & Consulting Team serves a diverse set of markets including food and beverage consumer products aviation and aerospace civil infrastructure healthcare and Federal Government projects. In this role you will assist the Commissioning Agent from design through final reporting. Tasks will include but not limited to development of prefunctional forms construction site visits site visit reporting and assisting with functional testing.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Works with the commissioning (Cx) team to develop prefunctional checklist (PFC).
  • Perform construction phase site visits.
  • Field reporting from site visits.
  • Works with the Cx team for tracking of open issues from field reporting.
  • Works with the Cx team to perform functional testing with Commissioning Agent and contractors.
  • Works with the Cx team to perform seasonal testing if required.
  • Works with the Cx team to completion and review data of the prefunctional checklist for accuracy.
  • Travel requirements: Up to 50 annually based on business needs
  • Other duties which may be assigned as needed.

Education/Experience:

  • Associate degree plus 03 years of experience in commissioning preferred or a combination of education and experience.

Specific Knowledge Skills License Certifications:

  • General knowledge of the commissioning processes and procedures for MEP.
  • Excellent organizational communications and analytical skills.
  • Mechanically inclined with the ability to problem solve buy finding resources to obtain information required to complete task.

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand walk stoop kneel crouch and manipulate (lift carry move) light to medium weights of 1050 pounds. Requires good handeye coordination and arm hand and finger dexterity including the ability to grasp and visual acuity to use a keyboard operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit reach with hands and arms talk and hear.
