DescriptionThe Southeast Deputy Region CRB leader is broadly responsible for Recruiting Client Relationships Growth Community Building andBrand Building (internal andexternal). He/She will work with multiple stakeholders including Industry Vertical Divisions Segment and Alternative LeaderBroking Teams and the broader CRB community to align andgrow our business. He/She will drive the overall strategy value proposition talent acquisition anddevelopment to achieve revenue growth client retention and profitability.
The Role
Recruiting
- Work closely with Industry Vertical and Segment Leaders to identify and pursue potential talent acquisition candidates
- Recruit revenuegenerating talent
Client Relationships
- Providing coaching/mentoring on key client/prospect pursuits in the market
- Participating in key Client Satisfaction meetings
- Drive alignment between producers broking client service ops client teams and the Industry Vertical Divisions to ensure approach to delivering the best client experience
Growth
- Drive growth and client retention for the regional P&L
- Manages market pipeline and sales opportunities working closely with Lead Client Relationship Directors Sales Operations and Industry leaders
- Develop datainformed business plans focused on aligning opportunities with resource
- Coordinate crossindustry sales verticals and opportunities with segment and industry leaders and Lead Relationship Managers where appropriate Identify M&A opportunities within your markets that may fit WTWs strategy and culture
- Develop and launch sales campaigns both broadly and more targeted product and industry development/eventbased immediate opportunity plans
- Attract and retain Top Talent
Brand & Community Building
- In partnership with other local leaders and people managers responsible for colleague engagement culture and community in the marketincluding rolemodelling
- Connect resources across WTW to ensure innovation and collaboration to provide top talent and insights to clients (e.g. M&A Risk & Analytics Captives Broking other Industries etc.
- Living one WTW and encompassing WTW values
QualificationsThe Requirements
- Preferably educated to a degree or MBA level
- Preferably with professional qualificationsTrack record of building and growing business in a market or sector
- Experience recruiting revenue producing talent
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the insurance brokerage sector
- Has an established brand in the industry sector andpossesses the ability to act as the brand for the Company
- Preferably with experience in establishing anddriving pipeline management protocols
