Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Maintenance A is responsible for electrical and mechanical maintenance installation troubleshooting welding and repair of facilities and equipment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Installs maintains troubleshoots and repairs systems general equipment and facilities.
Installs maintains troubleshoots and repairs of plumbing heating and air conditioning systems.
Performs general welding in repairing equipment and framing molds for tooling.
Oversees the work of fulltime helpers; instructs trains and assists team engaged in related operations

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Degree Required: None
Preferred Degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience: custodial or maintenance preferred
Drivers License
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITY:
Knowledge of a variety of general maintenance electrical and plumbing hand and power tools forklifts tractors and motor vehicles.
