Job Description

Lexus of Cool Springs is seeking a dynamic resultsdriven Sales Manager with a passion for luxury automotive sales and a commitment to excellence. As part of our team youll be responsible for overseeing sales operations driving performance and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team fostering a positive and productive environment.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales goals while maintaining profitability.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
  • Recruit train and develop luxury sales representatives ensuring they meet Lexus standards.
  • Monitor and improve staff performance through ongoing coaching mentorship and skill development.
  • Ensure a seamless highquality luxury experience for all customers.
  • Maintain dealership standards for sales processes and adherence to policies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of automotive sales management experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering high CSI scores while maintaining profitability.
  • Strong leadership coaching and development skills.
  • Experience in recruiting and training luxury sales professionals.
  • Ability to lead by example drive results and inspire a team.
  • History of Job Stability.
