What you will do:
Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them.
Prepare and administer an annual operating budget for the new vehicle sales department with assistance from the Dealer and General Sales Manager.
Attend managermeetings.
Assist the General Sales Manager in forecasting controllable expense elements for the newvehicle department.
Hire train motivate counsel and monitor the performance of all newvehicle sales employees.
Oversee the efforts of newvehicle salespeople to enhance the image and customer satisfaction ratings of the dealership.
Communicate with newvehicle salespeople to ensure that dealership policies and procedures are understood and followed.
Guide all salespeople in setting their objectives on a short and longrange basis review team performance.
What we are looking for:
Automotive Sales Managerexperience required
Consistently performing in the top of sales metrics
F&I experience in sales and/or management
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
A heart for customer care and demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
Availability to work retail hours including Saturdays and holidays
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Valid Drivers License
Clean driving record with minimal accidents points or moving violations
Able to use/learn to use: CRM database Google Suite and other automotive software products as required
