Job Description:We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Serpentini Chevrolet of Westlake. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance leading a team of sales professionals and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive sales management preferably in a dealership environment.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Resultsoriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management software.
- Bachelors degree in business administration marketing or related field preferred.
