The Precision Fires and Maneuver (PF&M) product area is seeking an earlycareerFinancial Analystto join the Javelin Joint Venture finance Cost Controls team. This role supports the fastgrowing Javelin Lightweight Command Launch Unit (LWCLU) contracts. To be successful in this role you must be able to communicate effectively with Supply Chain MPMs Program Operations Managers and program and finance leadership.
This role is being offered in an onsite capacity and is based on the needs of the business. Onsite work is expected in Tucson AZ. Relocation assistance is not being provided.
What You Will Do:
Provide weekly monthly and quarterly contract specific cost and schedule variance and data analysis
Support the monthly forecasting processes
Frequent interaction with various functions and multiple levels of the organization will be needed so the successful candidate must possess strong presentation communication and professional skills
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics Mathematics or related topics & 2 years of finance work experience
Experience with Microsoft Excel (i.e. formulas models)
Experience in using SAP Business Systems or similar tools
U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Proven ability to meet critical deadlines and implement practical solutions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Selfmotivated and proactive in seeking process improvements and analytical insights
Familiarity with Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Estimates at Completion (EAC) and/or Earned Value (EV) methodologies

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.
The salary range for this role is 66000 USD 130000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
