Job Overview
Reliance New Energy is seeking an experienced Team Member Manager for the Quality Assurance Module team located in Jamnagar. Qualifications and Skills
- Indepth knowledge of solar technologies with a strong emphasis on solar (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in quality control within a manufacturing setting ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Thorough understanding of solar manufacturing processes and techniques.
- Proficient in solar module development and testing methodologies.
- Competency in solar PV systems and their quality assurance requirements.
- Skilled in quality analysis to identify and rectify inefficiencies and defects.
- Strong leadership capabilities to manage QA teams effectively for optimal performance.
- Excellent problemsolving skills with a datadriven approach to quality enhancements.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the quality assurance team to improve solar module production standards.
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control strategies in solar manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate the quality analysis and testing of solar PV modules to ensure efficiency and reliability.
- Monitor production lines to detect and resolve any quality issues promptly.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align quality control measures with company goals.
- Training team members to maintain and exceed set quality standards for solar products.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics highlighting areas for improvement and successful outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends to integrate advanced quality techniques in solar manufacturing.
