Job Description
Main Tasks:
Undertake installation and commission of equipment supplied by the Company.
Provide aftersales service for customers within agreed respond time.
Recommend appropriate spare parts and service proposal to customer with objective of minimizing the lead time for troubleshooting.
To articulate the service issue with the customer and any follow up or revisit/additional work required to fix the instrument.
Develop and maintain good rapport with customers and working colleagues for smooth operation of the business.
Undertake any relevant tasks as may be directed by the superior from time to time.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years service experience in relevant scientific products.
Certification as an electrician or electronics technician is an advantage.
Clean drivers license
Prior experience working with large LPLC and HPLC columns preferred.
