Senior Manager Cyber Identity Access Management (People Lead)

Our Identity Access Management (IAM) team is a technical authority on information security architecture across the enterprise.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the operations and engineering of critical IAM platforms such as Active Directory and AWS managed directories.
Manage enterprise cloud infrastructures in AWS that includes incident management operational rigor vulnerability management and cloud compliance.
Identity data management experience that includes provisioning identity syncing attribute schemas and databases.
Manage enterprise cloud infrastructures in AWS.
Analyze enhance and support the security posture of a highly complex enterprise level authentication environment in a hybrid onpremise and cloud hosted configuration.
Leverage cloud native services to modernize and automate operational processes
Translate business needs into workable technology solutions that meet the needs of internal customers.
Participate in or lead troubleshooting and incident resolution of complex high severity incidents
Develop automated solutions using scripts pipelines and cloud based serverless computing platforms
Develop detailed architecture standards design and implementation documentation
Analyze the current Authentication Services environment to identify both technical and operational opportunities and develop continuous improvement action plans.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
At least 6 years of experience in cybersecurity or information technology
At least 1 year experience with cloud computing (AWS Microsoft Azure Google Cloud)
At least 4 years of people management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters Degree
6 years of experience with identity management platforms
3 years of experience with AWS GCP Microsoft Azure or another cloud service
4 years of experience in open source frameworks
7 years of people management experience
2 years of experience in Agile practices
The minimum and maximum fulltime annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for parttime roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Plano TX: $204900 $233800 for Sr Manager Cyber TechnicalCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidates offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
