We integrate technology into our curriculum and administrative operations ensuringthat both students and staff have a seamless and modern educational Summary:We are seeking a proactive and experienced Technology Coordinator to oversee and manage the daily technology needsof the school. This onsite role will provide technical support to faculty staff and students while ensuring the optimalfunctioning of devices networks and systems. The Technology Coordinator will collaborate closely with externaltechnology consultants for strategic planning vendor management and highlevel technology Responsibilities:Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide timely support and resolve technical issues related to computers (Macs and PCs) iPads Chromebooks interactive whiteboards printers and other classroom Management: Oversee the setup configuration inventory maintenance and security of all school devices including both student and staff Admin Console & Active Directory Management: Administer Google Workspace for Education and Active Directory including managing user accounts device policies and app Administration: Ensure secure and reliable operation of the schools network infrastructure includingWiFi servers firewalls and switches. Work in collaboration with consultants and the ISP on network upgrades and & Systems Management: Maintain school servers and cloudbased solutions ensuring regular updates and security backups to protect data Support & Licensing: Manage the installation configuration and troubleshooting of software applications used by staff and students. Ensure all licenses and subscriptions are Technology Support: Maintain and troubleshoot classroom technology systems including interactive whiteboards projectors and audio Policy & Security: Implement and enforce best practices for device and network security in accordance with school policies and administrative & Professional Development: Provide training for faculty and staff on the effective use of technology helping them integrate technology into their daily classroom & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of hardware software network configurations and systems for auditing and troubleshooting Duties: Perform other technologyrelated duties as assigned by the school : Education & Experience:Associates or Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role with preference given to candidates with experience in an educational Skills:Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Windows and macOS systems iPads Chromebooks and classroom technology in managing Google Admin Console and Google Workspace for with educational applications such as Promethean/Smartboard GoGuardian and FACTS SIS of network systems including WiFi firewalls VPNs and server with interactive whiteboards projectors and A V Skills:Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fastpaced school communication and interpersonal skills to support and collaborate with faculty staff and to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to Qualifications:Familiarity with the Catholic school environment and in a PreK8 school such as CompTIA A Network or Google Certified Educator/ for occasional afterhours emergencies and scheduled maintenance outside of regular school to lift up to 50 pounds and move IT equipment as to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and cover letter detailing their relevant experience andqualifications to
