AXA GO uses various 3rd party providers for our IT operations to our customers. Therefore efficient operational IT Provider Management is key for high QoS and to hold our commitments towards entities. As an Global Operational Provider Manager your main objective is to centrally manage IT Providers QoS deliveries for key vendors.
The Global Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing the operational delivery of our critical Service Providers. This role requires ensuring that these providers deliver services at the highest level of quality in accordance with predefined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The Global Delivery Lead must ensure that service providers are seamlessly integrated into our organization and drive continuous and service improvements.
