Experience :

  • At least 4 years of experience in managing global service providers or similar roles.
  • Solid experience in an expert or leadership role demonstrating the ability to drive topics forward that impact a broad variety of people from different parts of the organisation
  • Experience in IT Operations Management.
  • Experienced in working within a large regional or global hybrid IT organization within a multinational company.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs SLAs and QOS metrics.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to drive continuous and service improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • ITIL skills at least at basic level are highly appreciated
  • Familiarity with project management principles and practices can be beneficial.
  • Language skills: English proficiency

Technical Skills :

  • Solid technical background on Cloud Services and Cloud Provider on Azure and AWS.
  • A solid understanding of IT products services and technologies as well as IT operations with the ability to quickly adapt to new topics.
  • Ability to cover the wide range of different aspects of this position starting with IT but also including sections like financial and legal aspects.

Soft Skills / transversal Skills :

  • Analytical and problemsolving skills paired with experience in analysing contract terms identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies is important.
  • Ability to operate in a rapidly changing environment and handle various topics at the same time.
  • Good aptitude in relationship management.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to assess situations quickly and make informed decisions.
  • Team spirit customer centric solution & value oriented.

AXA GO uses various 3rd party providers for our IT operations to our customers. Therefore efficient operational IT Provider Management is key for high QoS and to hold our commitments towards entities. As an Global Operational Provider Manager your main objective is to centrally manage IT Providers QoS deliveries for key vendors.

The Global Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing the operational delivery of our critical Service Providers. This role requires ensuring that these providers deliver services at the highest level of quality in accordance with predefined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The Global Delivery Lead must ensure that service providers are seamlessly integrated into our organization and drive continuous and service improvements.

Main Missions :

Your responsibilities include :

  • Operational Management : Manage the daytoday operational relationship with our critical IT Service Providers ensuring their performance meets the required standards.
  • Quality of Service (QOS) : Monitor service delivery against KPIs and SLAs ensuring highquality service delivery.
  • Integration : Ensure Service Providers are embedded within our organizational framework and aligned with our business objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in service delivery and implement necessary changes.
  • Service Improvements : Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall service experience.
  • Stakeholder Communication : Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and Service Providers facilitating clear and effective communication.
  • Reporting and Analysis : Provide regular performance reports and analysis offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
